Growing like a weed

Well Eva is growing so quickly and Maggie is turning into quite a little kid. Eva has put on quite a bit of weight (like her dad), but her little chubby is so cute. She was born with such scrawny little arms and legs, but now they are filling out quite nicely. She is quite long waisted and so she some of her 3-6 months clothes fit her perfectly even though she is only 5 weeks old. she actually wore a cute 12 month dress to church last week that was about the right length, but was a little bit up top.

Maggie started a little preschool group a couple of weeks ago that Megan organized with some ladies from the other ward and Maggie loves it. There are five kids and they only meet once a week but she enjoys playing with the other kids. Overall she does great with Eva but she has had a few meltdowns. One was particularly fierce and we don't even remember why but she was crying for a few minutes pretty hard. Megan and I were trying to ignore her and we heard her in the other room say, "Holy Buckets. I really am crying!" Megan and I just started laughing hysterically, which of course made Maggie more mad because we were laughing at her. We don't say "Holy Buckets" on a regular basis, but I think I got it from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. But it was pretty funny.

Overall things are going really well and I am back into my classes, but I have been fighting a stupid cold/sore throat and now for about 2 weeks, but I am feeling a little better. We look forward to seeing some of you in October because we are going to have Eva's blessing on October 11th. Hope all is going well for everyone else and we will post more pictures as we get them

Finally, more pictures of the girls! I used to think Maggie was all Whiting, but I'm starting to see more of her mother in her. Both she and Eva are soooo cute!
I'm so glad Maggie is going to preschool, I know she will thrive in that environment. Holy buckets, she's smart!

Glad you are feeling better Justin. Being sick stinks!

Can't wait to see you in October.
