Eva's blessing

Last weekend we had a lovely, and a little bit crazy, time with family coming in town for Eva's blessing. Justin's parents flew to Minneapolis to Katelin's house, and then made the 11 or more hour drive to Bloomington with Katelin and her two kids. And Megan's parents flew into Indy on Saturday night, so we had quite a group in church on sunday. It was so neat for Eva to have both Grandpa's stand in the circle with her dad while he gave her the blessing. We were so happy to have them come and appreciate the effort made by everyone to come and see us and be a part of this special day.

We got to do some fun things like go to the Children's museum with Katelin and her kids, and I think Jon liked the dinosaurs, just a little bit. We also got to swim several times, and had just a great time hanging around the house and watching these adorable little kids. We wish more of you could have come, but we know that it is very difficult to travel. Thanks again to all who came. It really was a special time for us to be with you all.

Hey, was this Megan "talking"? Loved it!! Glad you posted, and I'm doing one right now, too! It was crazy, but we had so much fun--love you guys! And of course, Miss Eva is too precious! I need to send you all the tutu pix, huh?

Well, Jus, you had me confused! Not that it was girly or anything, but it just seemed a little different than how you usually write, I thought. I don't know why. Oh, and I went to the photobucket slideshow to see if I could copy the pix and it said something like gardengirl, so I figured that it was Megan.
